5 civilians killed in explosion of IED in Dagestan

Four engineers and one civilian were killed when unidentified militants detonated an improvised explosive device (IED) targeting a repair team en route to fix a television relay tower in the Sergokalinsky district of the North Caucasus republic of Dagestan early on 13 May. Four police officers were then wounded when a secondary IED was detonated at the site 15 minutes later.
