blueSix suspected Partiya Karkerên Kurdistan (PKK) militants, including one suspected senior member of the group, were detained by security forces during a counter-terrorism operation in the city of Marseille on 7 December. The suspects were detained on suspicion of connection to an investigation into PKK financing activities.
