blueThree suspected Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (IMU) militants were shot dead by police during a counter-terrorism operation targeting an alleged hideout in the city of Osh in Osh province on 29 November. A fourth suspect also died after detonating a grenade. Two police officers were wounded in the initial clash.
