Ten suspected Islamist militants were arrested during co-ordinated counter-terrorism operations in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany on 23 November. The operations were launched following an investigation into an alleged plot to attack an unspecified target in Belgium. Police officials were also reported to have investigated claims regarding recruitment and fundraising activities for the Caucasus Emirate.
