Two people were killed in Al Qaeda attack in Yemen

At least two people were killed and 12 others were wounded when suspected Al- Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) militants detonated two consecutive improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in the city of Aden in Aden governorate on 11 October. Four civilians were wounded in an initial explosion, which occurred outside a sports club. Two civilians were then killed and eight people – including three soldiers – were wounded when a secondary device was detonated at the same location targeting responders.
