blueFifteen suspected militants were killed by security forces during two counter-terrorism operations in the cities of Kaspiysk and Makhachkala in the North Caucasus Republic of Dagestan on 29 September. Five were killed during in Makhachkala and 10 were killed in Kaspiysk.
